FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. CAN YOU FIX THIS?

We handle in-ground pool openings, cleanings, repairs, liner replacements, safety covers, inspections, and pressure washing.
Our techs can service pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems, plus handle green-to-clean treatments and full liner installs.
We don’t work on above-ground pools, spas, fountains, or fiberglass/plaster resurfacing.

 

2. WHEN CAN I SWIM AFTER SERVICE?

It depends on what was done:

  • Openings/cleanings: usually safe in 1–2 days.

  • Green-to-clean: allow about 1 week for recovery.

  • Repairs or liner installs: typically ready in 2–3 days after refill and balancing.
    For a “party-ready” pool, plan about 2 weeks for perfect clarity.

 

3. HOW SOON CAN YOU GET OUT HERE?

We’re known for fast response times.

  • Existing customers get first priority — most visits happen within a few days.

  • New customers are usually scheduled within a week (season-dependent).
    If it’s urgent, let us know — we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly.

Before every service, you receive an appointment notification via email or text. If you would like to know when a technician is on the way, simply let us know to enable a text notification.
