1. CAN I PAY ONLINE?
Yes! Receive invoices online and pay through our fast and secure payment portal. Customers can be enrolled in autopay for time-saving payments.
2. WHAT DID YOU DO AND WHEN CAN I SWIM?
Our technology allows us to instantly email you a detailed report after every service, so you know whether or not it is safe to swim and what was added to the pool. If another service is needed, you will be notified of the day we plan to return with a clear timeline on when your pool will be ready.
3. WHEN WILL YOU GET HERE?
Before every service, you receive an appointment notification via email or text. If you would like to know when a technician is on the way, simply let us know to enable a text notification.
